Common Concerns (and why they aren’t problems at all)
No problem. We ship products directly to the customer's property ahead of the installation date. You turn up, the materials are there.
Most haven't. Not yet. Off-gas-grid properties, older commercial buildings, rural homes, listed buildings that can't take a boiler flue: there's a large pool of customers for whom infrared is the right answer. We can help you spot the opportunity.
You don't need to. We'll speak to your customers directly if that's helpful. We'll handle the technical conversation, the design, the specification. You bring the relationship; we bring the expertise.
