Can I just express our gratitude to the two installers who worked hard and cheerfully and left the hall clean and tidy.

Say goodbye to bulky radiators, rising bills, and outdated systems. ARC delivers cutting-edge infrared heating panels built for comfort, performance, safety, and sustainability.
Apart from being one of the most comfortable heating systems available, it is also…
Infrared heats people and surfaces directly — not the air — for faster, more effective warmth with up to 60% savings on energy compared to convection systems.
No air circulation = less dust, fewer allergens, and better indoor air quality. Infrared supports comfortable, clean spaces without drying the air.
Slimline, sleek designs blend into ceilings and walls. Silent, low-maintenance, and smart-control ready.
Infrared heating is scientifically proven to be safe, used in hospitals and baby incubators. Our panels are CE & TÜV certified, PFAS-Free, and European Infrared Heating Association approved.
Infrared heating is flexible, stylish and scalable. It can be used as an efficient primary heating system or just to address cold spots from an underperforming existing system.
Here’s how you can apply it:
Perfect for offices, retail spaces and homes. Invisible heating that keeps your floor and wall space free.
Sleek, unobtrusive panels in white, glass, or custom finishes. Great for home and commercial interiors.
Ideal for home offices or low-energy zoning in commercial spaces. Targeted warmth, right where it’s needed.
Engineered for moisture-prone environments. Ideal for bathrooms and wet rooms, with the same sleek infrared performance and enhanced IP ratings.
Absolutely.
Infrared emitted from our heaters is completely natural, 100% safe and good for our well-being. Infrared is what enables life to exist on our planet and our bodies have evolved to naturally absorb and emit it.
Infrared heating works on the basis of gentle, long-wave Infrared which travels inertly through air turning into heat upon contact with solid matter.
If you like the warmth of the sun then you will love the feeling you get from a LAVA Infrared heating system. However, unlike the sun, LAVA panels do not emit harmful UV. So, you get the feeling of the sun without the damaging rays – but unfortunately no suntan!
The key difference between Infrared heating and other heating systems lies in the innovative way in which infrared technology dissipates heat. Infrared heaters heat objects and people directly, instead of heating the air around them. This means that heat is retained within walls, floors and furniture and is radiated back into the room for comfortable and long-lasting warmth.
LAVA Infrared panels use 2 heating cables which neutralise the magnetic field and can withstand 240°C. The twin cables are set in an aluminium foil which accelerates the heating process, reduces the infrared radiation from the back of the panel and creates a very homogenous heating temperature on the front panel surface. The heating components within the LAVA Infrared panels convert electricity to produce infrared waves in the spectral range of 3 – 10 microns which gently warm people and buildings.
Yes, there are different wavelengths of infrared which should be used in different environments, depending on the application. Using the wrong type of infrared can significantly affect the effectiveness of the heater.
Warmth that gets under your skin
The infrared wavelength produced is determined by the element or surface temperature of the heater:
Sort-wave (IR-A) infrared (e.g. EXO / Solamagic heaters) is used in outdoor environments or where spot heating is required. This is because the very hot element temperature generates a short-wave electromagnetic radiation which is not affected by air movement and the heating effect is as soon as the heater is turned on.
Medium-wave (IR-B) infrared (e.g. ETHERMA EZ heaters) is generally used for ambient heating in rooms with a large volume where the ceiling height is over 3m – this is our preferred option for halls with high ceilings or pitched roofs
Long-wave (IR-C) infrared (e.g. LAVA infrared panels) is generally used for ambient heating where the ceiling height is less than 3m, e.g. residential, offices, committee rooms, etc.
Yes — we offer smart thermostat and zoning controls for complete flexibility.
Our experts will recommend the right model for your room size, usage, and budget — no pressure, just good advice.
